Let's get one thing out of the way...

We're just a small Aussie business doing things a little differently.

We don't have giant warehouses full of products or drones waiting to drop your order at your front door (although that'd be pretty cool).

Every F.I.T.H item is made just for you once you place your order. It means less waste, better quality, and a much bigger range of products than we'd be able to offer otherwise.

So yes... you'll need a little patience.

Production Time

Your order will usually be printed, packed and ready to ship within 2–7 business days.

We're making your order just for you—not pulling it off a dusty shelf.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide, but shipping costs vary depending on where your item is being produced and where it's being delivered.

We could've charged everyone a flat rate, but that didn't seem fair. If you're only buying one item, why should you pay extra to help cover someone else's larger order?

Instead, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, so you only pay what's needed for your order.

Once your order has been printed, packed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–30 business days, depending on where you live and where your item is being made.

International Shipping

Not just yet.

At this stage, F.I.T.H products are only available within Australia.

As a small Aussie business, we're focusing on looking after our local legends first. Once we've nailed that, we'll start looking at shipping internationally.

Watch this space... we'll get there.

Why Does It Take So Long?

Simple.

Whenever we can, we support Australian suppliers.

When we can't find the quality or product we're after here, we work with trusted production partners overseas.

We're not going to pretend your parcel is "just around the corner" when it isn't.

Instead, we'd rather be upfront from the start.

Every F.I.T.H order is made especially for you, because we believe your gear should be as unique as the person wearing it.

Tracking

The moment your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can refresh the tracking page every six minutes like the rest of us.

Delays

Sometimes life happens.

Peak shopping periods, production delays, customs or courier hiccups can occasionally slow things down.

We'll always do our best to keep you updated and help if something doesn't seem right.

Lost or Damaged?

If your order arrives looking like it lost a fight with the courier, or it disappears altogether, let us know within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll work with you to make it right. No dramas.
